You always see it before you pay. Depending on the offer running when you order, it is either one flat charge or our delivery partner's rate for your PIN code and parcel, and orders above a set value can ship free: your bag shows how close you are. Enter your PIN code on any product page for an estimate, and checkout shows the exact amount before you pay anything.

Yes. Every product page has a PIN code checker above the buy button, and checkout re-checks it against your delivery address. It gives the date you can expect your order by, for that specific PIN code.

Yes, on most PIN codes, and checkout tells you before you choose. You pay for the shoes themselves to the courier at your door. What is settled online when you place the order is the delivery charge plus a small cash-on-delivery fee, never the price of the shoes.

Our delivery partner charges us to carry a cash-on-delivery parcel, and charges us again for the return trip if it is refused at the door. Settling delivery and the COD fee when you order covers that risk without padding the price of every COD order for everyone else. You never pay for the shoes until they are in your hands.

We list our footwear by type, colour and size rather than by brand. Each product page tells you what the shoe is, what it is built for, and exactly what it costs, so you can judge the pair on the pair.
