Terms of Service

Last updated 25 September 2026

These terms govern your use of flexfeet.in and any order you place through it. Please read them before you buy, because placing an order means you accept them.

1.Who these terms are with

flexfeet.in is operated by FlexFeet, a footwear retailer and wholesale supplier at Flex Feet, Yadav Colony, Pratappur Choraha, Near Rahul Dairy, Shikohabad, 283135. “We”, “us” and “our” mean FlexFeet; “you” means the person using the site or placing an order.

2.Who can order

You must be 18 or over and able to enter a contract to order from us. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must place the order. We currently deliver within India only.

3.Your account

There is no password on this site. You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code we text you, so keep your phone and that code to yourself. Anyone who can read the code can see your orders and saved addresses.

You are responsible for what happens under your number, and for keeping your delivery details accurate. Tell us straight away if you think somebody else has used your number to order.

4.Products, sizes and images

All footwear is listed in UK sizes, measured against our own chart, which is on the size guide. If you are between sizes, call us before ordering rather than after; getting the size right first is the whole reason that page and our phone number exist.

We photograph what we sell, but screens differ, and colour and texture can look slightly different in your hand. Small variations of that kind are not a defect. Stock shown as available can still sell out between your adding it to the bag and paying, which is what section 6 is about.

5.Prices and taxes

Prices are in Indian rupees and include all applicable taxes. Delivery is charged separately and is quoted to your PIN code before you pay, so the total you approve at checkout is the total you are charged.

We change prices and run offers whenever we like, but not retroactively: a change never affects an order we have already accepted. If a listing carries an obvious pricing error, we may decline the order under section 6 and refund you in full rather than hold you to a price that was plainly wrong.

6.How an order is accepted

Your order is an offer to buy, not a completed contract. The contract forms when we confirm the order, and only for the items we confirm.

We may decline or cancel an order, in whole or in part, if:

  • the size or style has sold out before we could pack it;
  • the price or description was obviously wrong;
  • no courier will serve the delivery PIN code;
  • the payment fails, is reversed, or looks fraudulent;
  • the delivery details are incomplete or unreachable and we cannot get hold of you;
  • the order looks like it is for resale when placed on retail terms, see section 13.

If we decline an order you have already paid for, we refund the amount we took, in full, to the method you paid with.

7.Delivery

The delivery charge for your order, and any free-delivery offer that applies to it, is shown at checkout before you pay. Depending on the offer in force when you order, it is either a flat charge or our courier's rate for your PIN code and parcel. The charge you pay is the one shown, whichever courier we then book.

Delivery timelines shown anywhere on this site, including any expected date on your order page, are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, strikes, local restrictions and the courier's own routing all move them.

Please give an address somebody can receive a parcel at, and a phone number that will be answered. If a parcel comes back to us because nobody could be reached, the address was wrong, or delivery was refused, we will contact you about re-sending it, and section 9 applies.

8.Payment and cash on delivery

Online payments are taken by Razorpay. You can pay by UPI, credit or debit card, net banking, or a wallet. Your payment credentials go to the gateway, never to us, as our Privacy Policy explains.

Cash on delivery is not free money for us, so it works a specific way, and it is worth understanding before you choose it. When you order COD you pay the delivery charge and a cash-on-delivery fee online, up front, and the price of the shoes in cash at your door. The COD fee is charged even when delivery itself is free. Our courier charges us to carry a COD parcel, and charges again for the return journey if it is refused; settling delivery and the COD fee when you order is what keeps the option available at all. You never pay for the shoes themselves until they are in your hands. See how cash on delivery works for the full explanation.

COD is available only on PIN codes our courier will accept it for, and we may withdraw it on a particular order or for a particular address, for example after repeated refused deliveries.

9.Cancellations and refunds

Before we dispatch, call or message us and we will cancel the order and refund anything you have paid, in full.

After dispatch, the parcel is with the courier and we cannot recall it. If it comes back to us undelivered or refused, we refund what you paid online once we have it, less nothing on our side, though we may withhold the courier's charges where a delivery was refused without reason.

If something is wrong with what arrived, the wrong size in the box, a manufacturing defect, damage in transit, tell us as soon as you open the parcel. Every one of these is handled by a person, case by case, and we will either replace the item or refund you. We would rather you called than filled in a form.

Refunds go back to the method you paid with. Once we have processed one, how quickly it reaches you is up to your bank or UPI provider, typically within five to seven working days.

10.Reviews and what you post

Reviews are public and appear on the product page under the name you type. By posting one you confirm it is your own honest opinion, and you give us permission to display, keep, and quote it on this site.

Do not post anything false, abusive, someone else's photographs, or another person's personal details. We remove reviews that break this, and reviews written to promote a different seller.

11.Acceptable use

Please do not:

  • scrape, copy, or republish our catalogue, prices, or photographs;
  • try to break, overload, or probe the site or its accounts;
  • use somebody else's mobile number, payment instrument, or address without their permission;
  • place orders you do not intend to accept.

We may refuse service, close an account, or decline future orders where any of this happens.

12.Our content

The FlexFeet name, the site design, our product photography, our size chart, and the text on these pages belong to us. You may not reuse them commercially without our written permission. Nothing here transfers any of it to you.

13.Wholesale orders

Retail orders on this site are for personal use. Buying for a shop, an institution, or corporate gifting runs on separate terms, with a minimum of 25 pairs, carton pricing and GST-compliant invoicing. Write to support@flexfeet.in rather than placing a large retail order.

14.Liability

We take responsibility for getting your order right, and for what the law does not let us exclude, including any liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and for fraud.

Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as a missed occasion because a courier ran late, and we do not promise the site will be available without interruption.

15.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Shikohabad, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Nothing here takes away a right you have as a consumer under Indian consumer protection law.

16.Changes to these terms

We update this page as the shop changes. The date at the top is the current version. The terms that apply to an order are the ones in force when you placed it, so a later change never alters an order we have already accepted.
